Silly Sunday

Silly Sunday is the place to come for weekly laughs. The rules are simple, just have fun.

This is a great opportunity to get to know other bloggers and have a laugh or two in the process. Here is how it works: Laugh and Link Up!

Adult Truths:
  1. Sometimes I'll look down at my watch 3 consecutive times and still not know what time it is.
  2. Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you're wrong.
  3. I totally take back all those times I didn't want to nap when I was younger.
  4. There is great need for a sarcasm font.
  5. How the heck are you supposed to fold a fitted sheet?
  6. Map Quest or Google Maps really need to start their directions on #5. I'm pretty sure I know how to get out of my neighborhood.

  6. I can fold a fitted sheet, it doesn't look very good but it's folded, sort of, OK I have never been able to fold a fitted sheet, and I can not ever get it the right direction on the bed to begin with either...

I can so relate to all of these.

  7. Sandee,

Linking for the first time. The "Adult Truths" are SO true and funny which I just love! Folding a fitted sheet is tricky at best and it never looks as good as when you pulled it out of the manufacturing packaging again! Yeah, I believe I can find my way of my neighborhood, too. This pointer sorta fits in with my sillies today. lol Thanks for hosting the fun and hav a blessed week!

  9. I've done my best in folding fitted sheets, but now I found a video that does it better than when I make a slightly folded sheet wad! Have a great day! Lucy sends her love along with ours! xoxo

  10. What's the problem? I need the complete directions to give to guests who came one way and should go another to continue their journey otherwise they'll go miles out of the way. OK, OK, sometimes I need them too but I won't admit to it.

    1. Well, I hadn't thought of that and you're right. They will need all the directions, but just 6 and up. :)

  13. You fold fitted sheets? Can't you just roll them up into a ball?

  17. Life is too short to fold fitted sheets like they show in the video. I fold them down the middle and then sideways until it's a "folded" bundle. Good enough for me.

    1. It's good enough for me too. I don't spend a lot of time on them. I have better things to do like you do. :)
