  11. Beautiful! I have one I need to start... not sure how I'm going to decorate it. Wonder if colored pencils would be just as good as paint... paint always chips etc. or maybe magic markers. hmmmmmmmmm We have so many birds around here & even more squirrels the little buggers... I call them rats with tails. They are soooooooo mischievous & tease & aggravate the birds by stealing their food. My poor darlings...

  20. It's spring here right now! Our doors are open and we are spending as much time outside as we can before the inferno of summer hits us!

  22. I recall grandmother's martin houses. In those days, farmers kept martins because they helped keep the chicken hawks away. Often blue birds would try and evict the martins from their boxes---then I was instructed to break out my trusty BB Gun.
