Silly Sunday

Sunday is the place to come for weekly laughs. The rules are simple, just have fun.

This is a great opportunity to get to know other bloggers and have a laugh or two in the process. Here is how it works: Laugh and Link Up!

The Fly:

My three year old daughter stuck our her hand and said, "Look at the fly I killed, Mommy."

Since she was eating a juicy pickle at the time, I thrust her contaminated hands under the faucet and washed them with antibacterial soap.

After sitting her down to finish her pickle, I asked, with a touch of awe, "How did you kill that fly all by yourself?"

Between bites, she said, "I hit it with my pickle."

  1. I'm guessing this is a first child. Otherwise the mother never would have bothered with washing her hands.

  6. That poor mother better realize that a fly might be the best thing that her daughter might have her hands on. Yuk!
