We had fantastic seats for the parade. We watched the parade in the Veterans Memorial Coliseum. The picture below is the very first entry in the parade. We were seated across the stadium so we got to see the parade first. We were inside so it didn't matter if it rained.
Nothing better than watching and hearing a Marine marching band. These guys were very, very good.
Hubby and I enjoyed this entry very much. Loved the music and the routine.
This was a most enjoyable parade. There were 98 entries in this parade so it took quite a while.
I love watching marching band!!! I remember in our hometown during fiestas we have marching bands too and there are lovely girls in front we call them bastoneras (majorettes). I don't see them nowadays.
Wow that is fantastic! I am so glad you guys had such a great time on your vacation. I bet it was cool and lovely. Cool is my new favorite word BTW. I love marching bands too, always tear up when I watch them.
Hope Seymour and Element were well behaved during it

DeleteThat does look like a great parade. That must have been nice to have it inside so you could sit down and watch. Sandee, you and Zane have a great day.
ReplyDeleteIt was Marg. There were lots of folks on lawn chairs watching the parade on the parade route. Some spent the night in tents. Amazing. :)
