Silly Sunday

Sunday is the place to come for weekly laughs. The rules are simple, just have fun.

Spell Checker:

Eye halve a spelling checker;
It came with my pea sea.
It plainly marks four my revue,
Miss steaks eye kin knot sea.

Eye strike a key and type a word,
And weight four it two say,
Weather eye am wrong oar write;
It shows me strait a weigh.

As soon as a mist ache is maid,
It nose bee fore two long.
And eye can put the error rite;
Its rare lea ever wrong.

Eye have run this poem threw it;
I am shore your pleased two no,
Its letter perfect awl the weigh.
My spell checker tolled me sew!

  8. I have auto correct turned off. I hate it. It sure makes some weird corrections, many funny like in your poem.

  13. LOL! I am a good speller and usually don't need the spell checker. Thank you so much for sharing this, it made me laugh. It is chilly and rainy here in Montreal, since yesterday, but I am enjoying the cooler temperatures. :) Thank you so much for your kindness in adding my blog link to this post.

  18. Perfect! I just love it when spell checker substitutes these words for the ones I intended to use. Just another case of a computer nerd thinking they know more about what I want than I do. Have a blessed day.
