Silly Sunday

Sunday is the place to come for weekly laughs. The rules are simple, just have fun.

This is a great opportunity to get to know other bloggers and have a laugh or two in the process. Here is how it works: Laugh and Link Up!

Dumb questions not to ask on a cruise ship:
  • Do these steps go up or down?
  • What do you do with the beautiful ice carvings after they melt?
  • Which elevator do I take to get to the front of the ship?
  • Does the crew sleep on the ship?
  • Is this island completely surrounded by water?
  • Does the ship make its own electricity?
  • Is it salt water in the toilets?
  • What elevation are we at?
  • There's a photographer on board who takes photos and displays them the next day... the question asked..."If the pictures aren't marked, how will I know which ones are mine?"
  • What time is the Midnight Buffet being served?

  6. There is one question that is so stupid and it's this one. When the Captain is having his photo taken with a guest, many time some idiot will ask him, " Captain, if you are here taking this picture with me, whose driving the ship? " There are always idiots on board a ship.
Have a beautiful Sunday Sandee. See ya.

  7. And WOW the ship crews must get really tired of having to answer these dumb questions over and over again. :D Taking a cruise is on my bucket list, Sandee. Someday when I finally do it, I'll now know not to ask any of these duh questions. Thanks so much for that ... and for the good laugh I had over this today. Hope you have a wonderful day! :)

You'll love being pampered on a cruise ship. :)

    1. We'll not cruise again. I'd rather be on our own boat and do the work. Way more fun in my opinion. :)

  10. Don't ask the question, just dip your cup and drink to see if it's salt water. Some people won't investigate for themselves and want everything spoon-fed to them.

  20. Hmmm... Now you have me wonderin' Sandee. After 12 years in the Navy I never thought to test if the toilet water was salty or fresh... A simple finger dip & taste would've set my mind at rest.
