Happy Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving Day is a national holiday celebrated primarily in the United States and Canada as a day of giving thanks for the blessing of the harvest and of the preceding year. Several other places around the world observe similar celebrations. It is celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November in the United States and on the second Monday of October in Canada.

Thanksgiving has its historical roots in religious and cultural traditions, and has long been celebrated in a secular manner as well. Source: Wikipedia

May you and yours have a blessed Thanksgiving.

  13. That makes 2 days in a row. I wouldn't go near any store on Black Friday. You need to take your sentiment to the next level. There are some who don't have family-or any close by - and welcome work on Thanksgiving so they don't have to sit home alone and be sad. Invite one of those ones you know to your home and join in the fun.

  15. Happy Thanksgiving to you, and to the two of you. :)
BTW, we have also traveled the 50 States. You will enjoy that. Hint, do all of the Presidential libraries. We've only been to about half of them. Your Nixon library is great, for me almost as good of the best for me, the George H.W. Bush I really identified with.
