Fragments

We are currently enjoying a weekend at Benicia Yacht Club celebrating our yacht clubs 50th year. Hubby and I arrived at our boat Wednesday and cruised over to Pittsburg Marina on Thursday. On Friday we completed the last leg of the trip to Benicia. We've been here many times before and it's always a treat. We decided to break the trip into two days because it takes about 6 hours from our marina to Benicia. Little Bit appreciates this gesture.

There are many that worked on different parts of the 50th Anniversary celebration, and I was asked to do all the RSVPs for the event, including taking care of all the boats that are boating in. I love helping out so of course I volunteered. There are three entrees so it's a little more complicated with everyone having different meals. I've got all that dialed in though. Got to make it easy for the caterers.

Seymour II came along with us because he's been complaining that Roche gets to go on cruises and we never take him anywhere. What is it with these pet rocks? They sure are bossy. I hope he doesn't get into any trouble.

We'll be heading back to Pittsburg Marina on Sunday and spend the night there. There's this great Japanese restaurant that we love, or maybe that burger place? Either way it's our mini vacation for right now.

Have a fabulous weekend everyone.

  5. Sounds like a wonderful weekend. What is it with you ladies with these rocks. I guess I'd better get one and join the club. After the snow disappears I go outside and find my Rocky but he won't be dressed up with girly things. He's going to go commando. Ha,ha,ha, Have a great Saturday Sandee and enjoy your time. See ya.

    1. Well it started with Seymour and then there were babies and then people wanted them and here we are. Rocks everywhere.

Seymour went commando and I think that got him into all that trouble.

Have a fabulous day Paul. :)
