Wednesdays Question

It's Wednesday so that means it's question time. It's time to ponder and then answer just one question. Okay, you can add all you want as a reason for your answer too. We'd all like that. I'll even answer my own question as that's only fair.

So here's this weeks question: What is your weather like in your neck of the woods?
Spring has sprung and there are buds everywhere. Even though the early mornings and late evenings are chilly the days are springlike. Our world is coming alive and we are loving it immensely.

  5. We are in the Southern Hemisphere, so summer is winding down, and there is a crispness in the air. Generally, the weather is fine.

  17. Still bitter cold here. Drove home from work at midnight last night in a complete whiteout took me forever to get home. Breathed a sigh of relief & a prayer when I pulled in the driveway. Gathered my things to get out of the car and accidentally dropped my purse upside down in the show (which was open) - had to dig in the snow with my bare hands to find all my stuff. Needless to say (in answer to your question dear Sandee), the weather here continues to be lousy and there are absolutely no signs of Spring to be either seen or felt ... yet. :(

  19. Montgomery, Texas, here with hills 50 miles north of Houston city center.
Our trees are also budding, the ones with flowers are already in bloom.
We will have a cold-for-us low temp in the lower 30's tonight.
Today won't get above the 40's. That is very cold for us in late February.
So we will stay in and drink coffee. d-) It could also rain today.
    ..
p.s. More than half our trees either keep their leaves all winter like the pin
oaks or are evergreen type pine or fir trees.
