Wednesdays Question

It's Wednesday so that means it's question time. It's time to ponder and then answer just one question. Okay, you can add all you want as a reason for your answer too. We'd all like that. I'll even answer my own question as that's only fair.

So here's this weeks question: What is your favorite breakfast?
Sausage and eggs over easy, with hash browns or country potatoes and sourdough toast. I have to have Tabasco though and I use quite a bit. It's got to be spicy. I've not had this in a very long time. About twice a year I indulge. Getting old sure makes you modify your eating habits.

  6. I like most any breakfast. I do love omelets and waffles too. But like you said Sandee, as we get older, there is a huge limit as to what we can eat. But it is fun to think about it.
Take care and have a super day.

  9. I'm ready to place my order. I'll have 2 eggs over easy with bacon, please. And instead of the potatoes, could I please have rye toast instead? Oh, and please keep the coffee coming! I need lots and lots of coffee this morning!

Happy Wednesday dear Sandee! Hope you have a marvelous day! ♥♥♥

  10. well my FAVORITE is sarge's pancakes in the shape of whatever holiday is near but that's not happening so each morning i have a flat bagel with peanut butter, just a bit, and a drizzle of jelly and coffee. less than 250 calories for everything and keeps me until lunch.

roche' says he has eggs and sausage but don't believe him. he tends to stretch the truth a bit sometimes.

  17. I love french toast with a bit of cinnamon or nutmeg mixed in the egg batter for dipping the bread in. I serve it the way my mom always served it to us as kids, with sugar sprinkled on top. I have not had this in a long time. Now I want french toast!

  28. They have a veggie skillet at Village Inn that has potatoes, tons of veggies, cheese and scrambled eggs on top. I order a side of crispy bacon and wheat toast. If I have a veggie omelet instead, mushrooms and broccoli with a side of hash browns.

We sometimes make breakfast for dinner. That's a great idea when you can't agree on what to eat. Luckily we all love breakfast.
