Little Johnny

The arithmetic teacher had written 10.9 on the blackboard and had then rubbed out the decimal point to show the effect of multiplying this number by ten.

"Johnny," the teacher asked, "where is the decimal point now?"

"On the eraser!" came back the quick reply.

  10. Out of the mouths of babes... when my thermodynamics professor asked my class, 'what was the color of water' we all went into hysterics trying to find THE answer. We made it much harder than it was. I asked my daughter, who was about 5 at the time, and she answered, 'blue'. The right answer.
