Most lipstick contains fish scales!

  11. Porcupines float because the quills are hollow, so they have enough air to be buoyant. And glass, technically, isn't a solid, but a liquid. It will take the average piece of glass 10,000 to flow out of shape.

  27. I did not know about the porcupines, but I was convinced opossums could float. We had one in our pig waterer, and it didn't seem to have any problem at all, except that it was stuck.
