Wednesdays Question

It's Wednesday so that means it's question time. It's time to ponder and then answer just one question. Okay, you can add all you want as a reason for your answer too. We'd all like that. I'll even answer my own question as that's only fair.

So here's this weeks question: Are you planning a trip this year? If so where are you going?
Our entire year is filled with boating events, like Stockton YC, Pittsburg YC and so on. Then there's the bay cruise this fall.

  1. Boating agendas are awesome. :)

We're contemplating whether or not to take a summer trip. We'll def. go to the amusement park in the next state over.

  2. LOL - my favorite question so far. I have itchy feet! We are working on our next trip but we will only have 3 weeks, so it is either Borneo and Malaysia OR Washington DC and Florida - don't ask. Our next big trip is to the middle east: Egypt, Jordan, Israel but that might not start for 6-8 months. I can guess which of these you would pick for yourself :)

  3. Yes, indeedy!! I have several trips already booked! I'll be heading to New England and the sisterdears in early July and then back to back cruises in August. I think the ship is headed to the Bahamas, but I'm not getting off the ship. I'll be on my balcony or on Lido deck... but not in the Bahamas!

I may even book a winter cruise. We shall see.

He hadn't arrived by the time I went to bed... but he was sitting in my carport this morning when I got up! Graystone is settling in... although the Gs don't yet know quite what to make of the newest G!

Have a perfectly lovely day, Sandee! Big hugs xoxo

  5. No, our Person doesn't get to go away for two reasons, one we have no money, two, there isn't anyone to take care of us. She doesn't mind. She loves staying home with us
Gabriella, Gaby for short has arrived. She is so cute even for a rock. There will be a short blip about her tomorrow with the girls examining her. Have a great day. :))

  10. we have little trips planned every month- up to Portland down to the Bay Area over to Bend and Baker City and way up to Vancouver BC. Even a little brewerry tour around Northern CA. By October we'll be settled back in before the snow begins to fly!

  13. There is an old, old song that says it best: "missed the saturday dance heard they crowded the floor, but I don't get around much anymore". Will just fish in the lake across the road and enjoy the company of my little dogs.

  17. No major adventures, but we are going to Memphis in June for a Southern Gospel Quartet event. No, we don't sing, we just enjoy others singing. Family vacation on the lake in August. We've talked about a major trip next year, just haven't decided where to go. It will be our 40th wedding anniversary.

  18. We travel quite bit, Sandee.
    A cruise or two might be in the works;
for sure a trip to London to visit the grandkids and their parents (our kid and SIL); and
a trip up north (Midwest) and to Tenessee and Louisian again to visit relatives again.
    ..
