Seymour #13

Seymour enjoyed the BBQ at Rio Vista last weekend and told everyone he's heading back to Colorado. Everyone wished him well and told him that they enjoyed his visit and hopes that he does well with his addiction to booze and skirts. He didn't drink too much and didn't mess with any of the rocks around so we were pretty happy about that.

Seymour wants to go back to Encinal Yacht Club so he can see Jesse one more time. Remember she's the gal that runs the office there. You can read about that HERE. We don't think we can fit that in before Seymour leaves the first week of May. We also have lots of babies to wean and send to different parts of the U.S. That's going to take a bit of time and Seymour has to help with this task. After all they are his kids.

Seymour has started to get softhearted about having to leave. We've even seen a tear a time or two. It's good to know that he's enjoyed his stay here and we certainly have enjoyed him. We think it may be a combination of that or he's missing his human dad a lot.

He's telling us that he might want to see Julia Sandstone one more time as she is after all the mother of his babies. We aren't so sure that's a good idea, since it might provoke a restraining order and a reinstatement of criminal charges by Julia's daddy Judge Jeremy Sandstone. You can read about that HERE.

We didn't realize that we would get so attached to a rock, but we did. It's going to be lonely and boring around here after Seymour leaves. What will we do without him? I'm hoping that all the babies that get new homes will have an occasional post that we can enjoy. Watching Seymour's kids grow up should be lots of fun.

  1. I'm sure one of Seymours babies would love to live in the UK :) We have a beach right over the road so there would be lots of friends to play with..LOL have a wonderful weekend..Hugs xx00xx

    Mollie and Alfie

  2. Well Seymour's babies are adorable. Maybe being a papa rock will help him mature a bit. I'll miss hearing stories about him

  3. You and hubby will find something to do to fill your time after Seymour leaves.

  4. Maybe you should keep one of Seymour's children. Those are mighty cute pebbles there. We certainly will post about our new child. The kitties will take good care of our new rock child and the donkeys can ride it around some.
    Take care.

  5. Aww...wook at those wudda cheekies. Seymour is gonna spread the joy to several happy homes. I do think he needs to stay from Julia, but that is just my humble opinion.

    Let the good times roll!

Big hugs from chilly nawth jawjah, honey...

  6. oh how CUTE!! when can they be weaned? I'd love to take mine on the cruise the 4th of may. i know you have to pay full fare for babies but i could call him a service rock! and see if he likes lobster. and cake. and shows. and the ocean. and the duck!

    smiles, bee

  7. such darling little pebblitas- what ever you do- don't let Seymour near Julia....she's nothing but trouble!
    Have a great weekend!

  8. cutie pebblies....
    have a great weekend!

  9. Such cute kids. The Oregon coast is full of shops selling pebble people and perhaps one of Seymour's pebble kids will become the Lincoln of rocks and free these pebble people from bondage.

  10. LOL such lovely Pebblettes I think you and hubby should adopt them :-)

    Have a rocktastic day ;-)

  11. Seymour's kids are real cute Sandee. Maybe you could adopt one. I will certainly miss Seymour. I hope he will visit again. Enjoy the rest of your Saturday.

  12. Hey Sandee, I think that you and Hub need a dog. d-) A small one like a toy poodle would keep you company even on the boat or other travel. y-)

  13. I hope that Seymour stays on the straight and narrow. We don't need him going to that place where they make little rocks out of big ones.

  14. Seymour's antics will be missed, but you probably won't miss the headaches he's caused!

  15. I have been entranced reading about all of Seymour's adventures and miss-haps (w-) with the ladies, LOL) he sure did make some cute babies tho, I could use a truck load of them for my yard, does he make house calls? I hope Seymour and family enjoy a rockin' time for Earth day before he has to leave. d-) It will be quiet on your boat!
