Dear Sandee, I love oranges!! Well now I think that tomatoes are a fruit so I do like home grown tomatoes with salt. As for a veggie...fresh home grown sugar snap peas. I hope I have some luck growing them this season since the soil has had so much salt water. Blessings dearest, Catherine xoxoxo

Well, Sandee this is good eating (the comments here). If you'd have asked for spring fruit, I would have said strawberries. Every spring where I worked (taught) in Pasadena, Texas, they have a strawberry festival. Texas strawberries (all fruit for that matter that will grow here) are the best, even after Mexican and California ones.My favorite summer fruit is ruhbarb but they don't grow it in our part of Texas because we don't have a cold enough winter for them...
Watermelons, strawberries, blueberries, and many more..Im excited for spring, Sandee! I'm going to plant veggies in my garden:)
Thank you for stopping by my little corner of the blogosphere. All comments are very much appreciated. ♥♥♥Have a terrific day.♥♥♥
