  3. The food definitely improved along the way--dinner and late snack are best!

  6. A great diet plan. You've shared a meal to 5 times, and it was great.
But 4 bottles of wine, is it not too much? I suggest you prefer red wine, it's better for diet and beauty.
And it would be great if you add more protein.

    Keep healthy Grandma Sandee :)

  11. Oh goodness, I am going on that diet. Four bottles of wine. Don't know if I could get through the fourth bottle. Too funny. And the ice cream sounds good too. What, no cake. Take care Sandee.

  22. Well, it starts out well enough and then kind of goes the way of most of our diets in dispatch would if we could drink!

  23. I'm pretty sure I could follow this diet but what the heck is a penguin biscuit?

  24. Are those bottles of wine, the liter or gallon size?

  25. LOL, Sandee. A real Weigh Watcher lover's way (to go). :)

The menu sounds good for women. I'd change it up a little. Grapefruit is poison with one of my meds. Too much wine and add a bit of beer. Penquins would have to be changed out, for pork rines perhaps?
    ..
BTW, the spot was Picton, New Zealand.

  31. I am seeing a dietitian at the VA. Since I had my accident I have gained 35 pounds. He gave me some good advise, fill up your stomach with low calories, like water, salads and fruits...helps take that over eating hunger..It's all about calories...by the way, you do need to add a little salt with the Knorr...like half and half kind of thing...it's best as a salt substitute in salads...

  32. I think this diet would work for me, only because snickers bars and wine together would make me puke.
