So here's this weeks question: What is your favorite cut of beef? How do you season your meat? Steak sauce?
Filet Mignon is my very favorite. I like it cooked between medium rare and medium. I want the pink and some of the juice, but not any blood running across my plate. Salt and pepper and that's it. I want to taste that delicious cut of meat. I don't have this very often either. Bugger.
