Ineptrocracy

(in-ep-toc'-ra-cy)

A system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.

  5. Truer than true. Wait until the law of diminishing returns kick in, when the producers are no longer able to support the non-producing segment of society. That is Greece now, but we're at least a few weeks away from that happening here.

  11. Neat saying, Sandee. I think it may be right, especially in some types of government leadership.

Royalty might be exactly like your describe with all the inbreeding.

However, I like the romantics associated with having kings, queens, princesses and princes. Along with dukes, knights, etc.
