I started Lean Cuisine on September 11, 2012 to shed around 30 pounds. Hubby thinks 20 is more like it, but he's married to me and knows all the right things to say. Anyway, I started out with four meals per day and ate nothing else but Lean Cuisine. I drank lots of water, and didn't exercise as much has I should have and lost 5 pounds by September 17, 2012. I know I'll slow down now as the first week is the best week for weight loss.
The last couple of days I've dropped one meal and added a salad with my dinner meal. The great thing? I've not been hungry one bit. I am under my allotted calories every day.
On October 10, 2012 we leave for our annual bay cruise and there is no way I can take Lean Cuisine with me. I don't have anyplace to keep it frozen. We'll see how I do with all that food that seems to be part of the yachting world. Talk about trial by fire.
If you want to shed a few pounds then you need to jump on the Bee Bandwagon. Empress Bee is at or near a total loss of 70 pounds. Now that really rocks. As Empress Bee always says, "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels." She's right you know.
