Wednesdays Question

It's Wednesday so that means it's question time. There isn't a right or wrong answer to this question as everyone has different opinions on any given issue.

So here's this weeks question: You get to decide where to go for dinner. Where are you going and why?

  1. If it's a special dinner and we have all the means, I'll definitely choose a very nice restaurant :)

but if it's ordinary dinner-(where I always get to decide)...I go for my favorite, grilled or seafoods.

  4. Tonight we are eating in Paris...Las Vegas, that is. Why? Because then we are picking up two motorhomes tomorrow and driving them to Anchorage.

Have a great day. We'll be a bit busy. Big hugs from rain jawjah, honey...

  8. I am not fussy when going out except I don't want fish. Bet you find that disgusting Sandee. LOL. If I get a chance to go out, that is all that matters. Take care.

  12. That's a very easy one for me. It would be Middendorf's. A great 5 star place located on Pass Manchac about 40 NW of New Orleans, unfortunately about 80 miles from my present home. When my wife was alive we went there 3 or 4 times a year. It's a seafood place with great thin-sliced catfish, the best raw or fried oysters you will ever get and the prices are hard to beat---the works for around $20.

  15. We'll usually go to the Mexican Restaurant right down the road. It was the only thing around for miles when we first moved here, so we went there when we went out. Now there are more choices, but none better.

  16. Oh, you're making me choose. If i get to choose my dinner mates, I'd make it a family member dinner at Tony Packo's in Toledo, Ohio. I'd bring back mom and dad from the dead me and my brothers would join them.

If I could travel anywhere on a dime. I'd take my stepdaughters to Maxim's in Paris. Just us girls. it's such a special place and being waited on by a bevvy of waiters in tuxedos would be awesome.

Locally, I would settle for anywhere I can get some good seafood.

  19. For special occasion it would be Outback. That's what we do for special stuff :)
For regular dinner.... probably just one of the neighborhood's bar & grills. How about Harpo's? We go there every other Friday :)
    Hugs from Ohio,
    I.

  20. I seriously hate having to be the one to decide where to go. Normally when we go out to eat my husbands first choice is Red Lobster.

  24. That's so easy, Red Lobster because I love sea food. But when I have a choice of sea food Lobster gets it hands down.

  25. I would go to a little bar on east "O" Street in Lincoln, Nebraska, for homemade fried chicken like Mom did NOT used to make. And a bottle of Winter Brew beer. But I doubt that the place is still in business.
