we blog cos it keeps us sane :D
Guess I like to write, share and amuse other people and blogging is a way to do all three.
I started blogging as an online personal journal. Then I decided to keep one just for my cats. Nobody was more surprised than I when a cat found the cat blog! I had no idea other people could read my journal!Blogging changed for me on that day. :DHave a lovely day... hopefully, one without hurricanes and earthquakes. Big hugs xoxo
So many reasons -- to meet people, therapy, online journal, plus to keep up my creativity/communication skills.
That's an easy one: i like to write and i like technology.
I had so many friends and family who wanted to follow us on our travels that I figured ONE blog was easier to do than sending out dozens of emails. And then it mushroomed into finding more friends. Lucky me...I found you and Zane!!! I like that:)Big hugs times two, honey...
It's a creative outlet.I like sharing my photos and family adventures. I never dreamed that I would actually have followers.
I know nothing of my fathers life, my children will not be able to say that.
I started out blogging just to talk about my animals and then I met so many wonderful people and animals, that it is just plain fun now to read everyone's blogs and hear about their lives etc. Plus I have learned a bunch of stuff. It is great entertainment. Take care.
I love humor in any form. Blogging enables me to share my views on different subjects with a flavor of humor with fellow bloggers.
i just love it and have from my very first post. i can still remember my first comment! it was like getting a nobel prize of something! ha hasmiles, beexoxoxoxoxoxo
Because it amuses me and I like to see my words in print...it's an ego thing.
I started to blog purely for my family, but decided I enjoyed it. I think it's the would be entertainer in me that likes to pop out. In another life I would have been part of a double act I think.I have made so many lovely friends through blogging and that is an added benefit.
I love Bee's comment.I started my blog to journal my childhood. I felt the need to write about it in order to heal.Soon, I met and made friends on the blog. I like the honesty I can give and no one gives me a hard time for it. I remember my first comment. It was exciting to hear from someone across the World. Seems to me that bloggers are less judgemental and more encouraging than most folks.I love the community of blogging. I have made some great friends out there, like you Sandee.
great question. I started blogging as a way to tell stories to the family kids over long distance. After 7 years, I still use that one for the same reason. The other blogs came about when the kids who grew up on my stories encouraged me to go public with my blabberings. It keeps me busy as I finish up the books. Getting to know my contemporaries, such as you, has become a wonderful, unforeseen side benefit.
I started writing for as a journal for Gracie. She could read about her early life and how adorable she is too her family and friends.Little did I think she would make new friends around the country. Blogging sure is fun and interesting too. It's a great world out here!
I blog to share my thoughts.
I blog to unleash my alter ego to the world. And to have fun, blogging makes me go out and find funs things to do...
I don't get out much anymore to talk to people and this gives me a way to vent, also makes me a few extra bucks.
Ditto to Sarge's comment. I blog as a legacy to my child(ren).
To share my work...to get comments...to feed my ego.
It started out because that's what aspiring writers do. Agents and editors will google people who query them, and they hope to find an active blog. Now, it's become a fun hobby that gets in the way of my novel writing.Joycehttp://joycelansky.blogspot.com
Actually I cartoon!
It's fun ;-)
I do a couple of meme's each week.Basically I blog about my life, what I do and where I go.
I used to have a good answer for this but lately I sometimes ask myself why it is I still blog - especially days when I'm feeling uninspired. The answer though always comes back to me as that I love to share interesting places and history with others who might not ever get the chance to see some of the things that I have been privileged enough to get to. Plus it gives me a good excuse to go see all those places!
Because I love drawing cartoons but with no one to see them it seems a bit pointless. Not good enough to publish a book or in a newspaper so blogs give us amateur cartoonists a great platform to promote & display our work. Plus I also like the interaction I get with others
I blog because I earned from it.
Thank you for stopping by my little corner of the blogosphere. All comments are very much appreciated. ♥♥♥Have a terrific day.♥♥♥
