Wednesdays Question

It's Wednesday so that means it's question time. There isn't a right or wrong answer to this question as everyone has different opinions on any given issue.

So here's this weeks question. What is your dream car/truck/motorcycle, and have you owned that dream car/truck/motorcycle?

  1. Gah! I just left you a rather lengthy comment and blogger ate it again! Very annoying. You think they'd get that fixed by now!

    Anyway... ONE more time!

My favorite car in the 70's and the most FUN to drive was my 1965 Ford Mustang Convertible in baby blue.

NOW my favorite car is just what I've been driving for 20 years and probably the rest of my life, my Lincoln Town Car. It isn't a convertible or 4-on-the-floor fun, but I do have a Moon Roof and it's cushy on the tushy!

    Big hugs honey xoxo

  4. For as long as I can remember I wanted to be the girl with a pick up truck. You know, the one that all the boys were friends with because she had the truck they wanted. My dad constantly talked me out of it. Said it wasn't becoming, blah blah blah. When it was time to trade in my first car (Saturn) I decided it was time to do what I wanted. I bought a 2004 Chevy Pick Up. I wanted a Ford but couldn't afford it at the time. Buying that truck was a difficult decision. The day we were at the dealership (over an hour from home) and test drove it, was also the day I received a frantic call from home to get to the hospice where my aunt was fighting cancer. I dropped everything and trekked home, but I was too late. I was not there with the rest of the family at her bedside when she passed. I realized at that moment that life was too short, and any concerns I had about upsetting my father with my purchase of a truck were just not worth my unhappiness. I went back and bought it the next day. I still have it!

  6. I would love to have a Nissan 370Z. As a much younger man, I did own a 240Z...what a fun ride. I guess, if I were really going to dream, it would be a Mercedes SLS-AMG, but at $200K that a little out of my price point. But I can still dream.

  7. Dream Car: vintage Mercedes SL convertible, that cute orangey-red color.

Reality dream car -- that's a toughie... I'd say some sort of small station wagon.

  8. I have always wanted a BMW convertible. But I am happy with what ever car I have as long as it runs. I had Pickups for most of my life and I love those too.

  10. We had quite a few sports cars over the years; still have a '91 red Mercedes, parked, never driven any more; loved my M-class b/c of needing 4WD here. I want safety first, comfort second...dependability is a MUST...dream car? No, I don't even think about that...but I do love our MOHO!!! Now that is a dream that you can actually dream in:)

    Big hugs, honey...

  21. My dream car I suppose is a Corvette just because I have never owned one. Two of my kids have, one still has his.

That's the way I used to be with wanting a Mustang. Now I have two.

My other dream car, just in case I do get the Corvette, is a BMW 650 convertible. A little BMW Z4 roadster would be okay though.

  22. I am not really all that interested in land travel, so mine is a yacht. I sold my dream yacht about 2 years ago to follow winter for a few years with my family. Hopefully we will return to sanity soon. :)

I have not yet owned a Jeep Wrangler...preferably a Old School Model [CHERRY], but I want one very badly.
