Maxine's Wisdom

Why would you ever want to marry your first husband?

It's like finding sour milk, putting it in the trash for a couple of days. And then wondering... "Gee, I wonder if it will taste better now."

And for the guys...
This married couple was sitting in a fine restaurant when the wife looks over at a nearby table and sees a man in a drunken stupor.

The husband asks, "I notice you've been watching that man for some time now. Do you know him?"

"Yes" she replies, "He's my ex-husband, and has been drinking like that since I left him seven years ago."

"That's remarkable" the husband replies, "I wouldn't think anybody could celebrate that long."

  11. Hahahaha. Every time I see my ex-wife which is usually at Thanksgiving and Christmas, I feel that way too. I am not celebrating those two holidays, but I'm celebrating our divorce 20+ years ago. Nobody can tell it though.
