It's Wednesday so that means it's question time. It's time to ponder and then answer just one question. Okay, you can add all you want as a reason for your answer too. We'd all like that.So here's this weeks question: When you have breakfast do you put catchup or hot sauce on your hash browns/eggs?
I've never used catchup on any breakfast in my entire life. I do however have a tough time having sausage and eggs without Tabasco sauce. I put in on pretty heavily too. Okay, I admit that I'm hungry for sausage and eggs.

ummm... neither. I use fresh cracked pepper on my eggs and taters. Period. And no butter on my English muffin, just raspberry jam, please. Or cream cheese on a bagel is fine, too. Fresh coffee and a small orange juice.
My bil and both of my parents use ketchup on their eggs. I've always thought they were weird.
But in the good way. :)

I always put ketchup on my scrambled eggs--it gives them more taste. They are too blah without it!
I never eat fried food for breakfast, just cereal and fruit juice. I don't think ketchup would go well with that :) I prefer a spicy brown sauce (Daddies) when I do have it.
Ketchup on my hashbrowns please. Hot sauce on my eggs, only if my eggs are in the form of a western omelet.
Well you can tell I am from the back woods, Who knew that people put Ketchup on their eggs. I don't even use it on hamburgers. Yikes. Take care.

I must have ketchup on scrambled eggs. All other eggs are ok without it. No hot sause for me, thanks, but hubby could drink the stuff. lol

No, I never have. I only put hot sauce on tacos and hash made from leftovers for dinner.
Neither. Usually just black pepper. Only times I use ketchup is on fries, but I really prefer mayo for that.

I am with you all the way on this answer. We are in total agreement on the way we eat right down to the sausage and egg thing. I don't use hot sauce when we have bacon.
Oh my I had a boyfriend once who used ketchup on his very runny over easy eggs and then....grape jelly on his toast!! Oh my goodness it was gross!!

I put knetsup on a lot of things, even cold mashed potatoes. But not on hot dogs and hamburgers.
Yes, it goes on scrambled eggs and the hash browns and sausage but not the bacon or other kinds of eggs. I will put it on one pancake also though syrup and jelly/jam willbe on the rest of them.

I take idlies for my breakfast. It is steamed rice based stuff. Delecious and easy to digest.

Breakfast is very important for us, even mandatory. I didn't put hot sauce on my eggs. I ate boiled egg intact.
I put ketchup on my hash browns. I never use hot sauce though. I don't like spicy or hot foods.
LOL - no eggs or hash browns. I have porridge (oatmeal) or muesli with yougart. I would never put ketchup or hot sauce on either eggs or hash browns, but here in NZ, they do put beet root and fried egg on a burger.
please no ketchhup or tabasco on my eggs or hash brown...lots of freshly ground black pepper tho is a must. Now......... how long before breakfast?
