Wednesdays Question #57

It's Wednesday so that means it's question time. There isn't a right or wrong answer to this question as everyone has different opinions on any given issue.

So here's this weeks question: What is your favorite type of books?
I love the mystery/crime novels the very best. I can't say that I have a favorite author, but I love James Patterson, Dean Koontz, Lisa Gardner, Johnathan Kellerman, John Sandford and Nora Roberts, and just for fun Janet Evanovich.

WOW! what a hard question to answer. I read most all genres so I honestly do not have a specific type that I like more than others. However if I had to pick I would say historical romance that has to be set in Regency England or before.
Thanks

I like a variety: historical fiction, Christian fiction if it has some depth to it and not a predictable ending from the start, mystery/thriller and sports/coaching or general fiction. I'm really not picky. I like YA too--Distopian and some science fiction on occasion.

I like books with characters I care about and action or suspense. I like some non-fiction too!

Criminal, mystery, suspense, thriller and medical. Yup, that's my taste in books :) I also enjoy a good autobiography.
Have a great Wednesday, Sandee!

Oh gosh, so many books so little time! I'm a mystery/thriller reader. Favorite authors -- Preston and Childs, Susan Wittig Albert, Laura Childs, Clive Cussler, Tamar Myers, Janet Evanovich, Susan Brockmann (sp?), just to name a few.

I call those "book candy"

I like thrillers with a hint of fantasy. Or fiction inspired by history.

I'm boring. I read history, technical dissertations, text books, that sort of thing. Very Little fiction anymore, though I did read it awhile back.

I love a combination of books mystery/adveture/thrillers. Clive Cussler has all that in his books.

It has to be a good thriller or a murder mystery, something along those lines...

I love any type of book that keeps me from wanting to put it down. Books with too much "fluff" bore me - give me a good story! I like anything from James Patterson (I've read all his books) to Debbie Macomber.

In recent years I have mainly read inspirational books and books about twin loss. However when I read non-fiction I like books by Danielle Steel. I hope you have had a good Wednesday Sandee!

Mysteries, historical, comedy, romance...so many books, so little time. I am an admitted readaholic, who would rather read than eat. Srsly. I do both together quite often:)

Big hugs, honey...

History. The real history, not libtard revisionist crap.

Since my favorite books were written by J.R.R. Tolkien, you'd think it would be fantasy, but I also enjoy biblical prophesy, romantic comedy, adventure...oh, much to much to list!

Um... not so much history. :)

Big hugs xoxo

That is a really hard question, because I like to read pretty much anything. I would answer any book that can keep me on the edge of my seat and not want to put it down.

Have a wonderful day Sandee ((HUGS))
