That's easy, I'd like to have a sun room in the back (or even just a closed in back porch).
ONE-MORE-FULL-BATH! Five people, one full bath. Enough said! :D
I'd move it closer to the cruise port and the airport! srsly. And one of these days I shall!

i'd paint the bedroom purple and get new furniture. i'd keep the beds but get new headboards and dresser. in white.

I would add a spare bathroom. We have just one although there is only two of us.
I would have everything on one level, have another bedroom and bathroom, walkin closets and move it to the country, lol!
I would have a special computer room and place for my books, papers etc. I hope your day is going well Sandee!

I'm across the road from the lake now, I would move it closer so I could stand on the front porch and wet a hook.
I would love to have our townhouse style condo be an all on one floor condo.
so many things I would love to change but I'm going to say I would add a great big covered front porch.
I have a list of things.
My biggest gripe. The carpeting in three rooms downstairs covers plywood. I had intended to rip up the carpet to expose the alleged wood floors. Until, I realized that the wood floors only existed in my expectations.
Move it to Hawaii!
Well, our house is really small so I'd say add on a master suite :) However, I would keep it the way it is if the one thing could be pick it up and move it on a 10 acre country property. Decisions, decisions :)

Repaint the walls and put hardwood flooring down instead of carpet. Between years of kids and pets, the walls and floors need it!!

I would have turned the crawl space into a full basement for storage.
I would get rid of my balcony to make my rooms bigger as the view :-)

I stay in an apartment and the thing I would like the most would be a garden.
I would love to add on a sun-room, or at least some kind of smoking room, so me and my guests wouldn't have to brave frigid Santa Ana winds and the other erratic elements every time we wanted to slowly kill ourselves with pleasure. :)
i would love to have more flowers growing in the garden.. but i keep growing weeds.. hehhehehee
I would add more storaghe space. Also screen in he back porch that adjoins my 'office.'
