The Faith Healer

Two women were sitting in the doctor's waiting room comparing notes on their
various disorders.

"I want a baby more than anything in the world," said the first, "But I guess it is impossible."

"I used to feel just the same way," said the second. "But then everything changed. That's why I'm here. I'm going to have a baby in three months."

"You must tell me what you did."

"I went to a faith healer."

"But I've tried that. My husband and I went to one for nearly a year and it didn't help a bit."

The other woman smiled and whispered, "Try going alone, next time, dearie."

Oh no.

There were reports in our papers that several 'faith healers' had tricked such women into having a relationship with them. They were charged in court.

I have long suspected faith healers were mostly a bunch of charlatans.

I hope you have been having a fantastic Christmas with your family and friends all around you...

So I guess it requires a little more than faith.

OOpps! hopefully the Healer looks something like hubby?? I have heard sad stories of couples that used invitro & the doc used his own sperm... feel sorry they got robbed of money & identity of their child, tho I am sure they still love the child.

Ha! Gives new meaning to the phrase, "You gotta have faith!" :D

Now she has to have faith that hubby never finds out in any future medical tests of the child. I remember hearing a story about a child that needing tests for something serious. It turned out the doctor said there was no way the Dad could be the child's father

An Indian twist? Similar ones are in circulation in India and are presented in some movies too! Eternal grin generators!
