Certain Americans, especially those who are more likely to become victims of crime, need to own and become proficient with handguns!

Just check out the crime rate in other countries and compare it to the rate of gun ownership. Of course it's somewhat cultural too.

This never happens at shooting ranges here in Iceland
And he probably volunteers for that duty.
They're gonna have a tough time with "conceal and carry". Just sayin'.
The pistol & rifle ranges in the Navy never looked like that. The military is missing out I fear.
