Oh, they were all great but my favorites were going shopping on the day of the NFL playoffs and asking for directions. Great way to start the morning :-)

So you are giving up the diet? I agree! Those low carb diets are a PAIN IN THE BUTT!
But are you giving up altogether? Do you really want to do THAT? What about slow gradual progress? Even if you only lose five pounds a year in four years you will be SO SKINNY!
I haven't been a very good commenter, I know. I feel like I dropped the ball. You are so good at dropping by every day and I just feel like my life is a little "chaotic". ALL I do is HIKE and THINK and work on DIVORCE stuff. But I kind of AM in survival mode over here so I understand why I am being this way.
