Little Johnny was on his way back home from the store with a loaf of bread in one hand, and his other hand in his pants pocket.Off in the distance, Father Joseph sees little Johnny and realizes this is the perfect opportunity to go preach the gospel of the Holy Bible to the young boy.
Father Joseph approaches little Johnny and says, "I see that you have the "Staff of Life" in one hand."
"Yep," replies little Johnny. "And I have a loaf of bread in the other!"

Back up a few pounds but still at 155 so I'm not fretting after all of the cheese balls and ranch dip I ate!!! It didn't even taste that good!!! Weird. I crave these things but when I eat them they don't satisfy. They don't taste like I remembered them. I really DO enjoy an apple and a banana the most. Sugar and carbs just upset my stomach anymore. Guess my stomach learned to not like "bad" food while I was being good. :)
