The Comment Game

It's time to play the comment game again. We are home, but I'm tired after the wonderful Christmas we enjoyed yesterday. I hope your Christmas was wonderful too. Now play nice okay, and have a terrific weekend.

Here's how it goes: I'll start the game off at the bottom of this post by choosing two words or phrases/questions, like coffee or tea, and which ever one you prefer you choose. You can also explain why. When you have done that you do two new words or phrases/questions for the next commenter to choose from. Feel free to come back as often as you like. Just have fun. If someone derails the game will one of you put it back on track? Thanks.

First comment: Does your Christmas tree/decorations stay up until after the New Year or comes down the day after Christmas?

Until after the New Year.

I'll be out of town this New Year. So will you be spending your New Year at home or out of town.

I take mine down in the New Year - I read once that the tradition is to take it down on 12th night with a 12th night party - sounded good to me.

I will be at home for new year.

Is anyone starting a new job next year? Do you want to?

I'll be spending New Years at work, because my pet rock and Christmas tree are still squabbling (AGW vs tastes great, healthcare vs hellthscare, paper vs sheet rock, etc). Will your New Year be memorable or mighty weird?

Ann on December 26, 2009 3:14 AM said...

New Years won't be memorable or weird, it will be boring. We don't do much for New Years.

Fancy restaurant or fast food?

Speedcat Hollydale on December 27, 2009 5:29 PM said...

I eat fast food every day on the road, so FANCY. It is very rare I get to wear a suit you know. Yes, I did every day back in the 80's, but now not too much!
A perfect dinner has low lights, maybe candles, music, great atmosphere, and a supurb view from the window. Ohh, primo chow doesn't hurt either. For a REALLY nice dinner location, I even slick my hair back.

(( I laugh as I type cauz it's true ))

Speedcat Hollydale on December 27, 2009 5:53 PM said...

Theater for a good special effects movie with lots of explosions and the like.
Anything else, I have a theater at home. I just can't juice the sound system or the neighbors bang on the wall.

Seen anything GOOD??? I know you don't watch TV ... do you go to movies? I saw 2012 at the theater - goofy show, excellent effects and sound.

Speedcat Hollydale on December 27, 2009 5:55 PM said...

Sandee on December 27, 2009 5:56 PM said...

wendy on December 29, 2009 9:37 AM said...

Water play or beer? Totally water play ... especially if it's in a river with a rope swing and little red eared slider turtles.

Hmmmmm ... Such good questions already ... no one answered Sandee's question (Speedcat = big private chicken .lol!) ... boxers or briefs?

And ... if you're brave ... which beach? Bathing suit REQUIRED or clothing OPTIONAL?
