Look at those hands! I'd better not let the boys have a look at this! I've got 4 new baby squirrels in the Hidey Hole and Gandalf and Grayson are giving them their undivided attention when they're outside. I'm hoping theses babies are really smart squirrels and stay in the trees!

Have a wonderful day, Sandee!

Reminds me of a squirrel we had when I was young. He was a rocky mountain squirrel with lots of color. Why we had him. He was injured and then placed in a cage how we got him I don't remember but he loved to come out and play. When he was done he would just put himself back to sleep in his cage. His name was Thor...

re: Your comment on the pups, Bailey and Gracie. No need to feel sorry for them. I had left it in the comments that I brought them back where I bought them and they were re-homed. It was a Win/Win... well for the cats and the pups. The only loser was me! I cried like a baby when I had to give them up. It's amazing how attached you can get in a week.

"Awwwwwwwwwww"....Sandee that is such a great photo! I love his little outstretched hands also.

My mother had a squirrel she fed peanuts to for years. I would tease her that it couldn't possibly be the same one year after year, but she swore it was. He liked taking it right from her fingers also.

I have had the same thing as some of your other commenters as far as Miss Boo and Miss Emma Grace. The squirrels have kept them very entertained in the front window these past days. It is so much fun to watch them both. Their little heads seem to move in sync with each other! :-)

Thank You for playing this week Sandee! Mine is up late, but when you read why it will make you smile.

Hugs & Loves,
Kimmie

Lots of people in these parts hand feed squirrels. I think that they are brave souls. Great pic!!!! I love the cute little things but, have had my share of them. I used to have one which chased me to my car every morning, like he was laughing at my fear or sumthin'!!! It was pretty funny, because I ran like the devil was on my back... got lots of stories about squirrels, yep I do...
Happy Monday, take care, much love, hugs and :))))
