I have a friend that sent me the following email. If anyone is interested and live in the central valley of California let me know. I can lay in a phone call very quickly.
If any of my animal loving friends can help. . .it appears my hair dresser found them, she lives in the country. Shame on whoever left them!

Please let me know if you know of anyone who might be interested!
Scott (my friend) rescued 6 black lab (mix) puppies out of the middle of the road on Saturday.
PLEASE help me find them homes - otherwise, it's Animal Control - which means they only have 5 days. We've bathed them, sprayed them for fleas and wormed them....but we can't keep them. They are currently in a kennel in my basement since I don't have a fence.
I've lost count of the number of rescue groups that I've contacted, only to be turned down due to no room. Please check with every dog person you know to see if they need a puppy.

shame on whoever left them!
It is SO good of you to do this.
I can't take them. But if I lived somewhere where there's lots of space, I'd take them all in a heartbeat!
poor little cuties.
hope this helps them find a home!
♥
I'm sending this on to my friend erika...
A great cause, I hope they all find good homes! Hugs & loves to you Sandee!! :D
Sandee: this is a hoax. My husband and I got the same e-mail a few weeks ago. His said they were located in Chicago (sent to him by a work friend), and mine said they were located in a suburb (sent to me by my friend.)
We looked it up and found it on Snopes. I have no idea what possible reason someone would have for sending it out, but the message isn't real.
hmmm....tapping my fingers....
speak dog is right. it's on snopes...same picture and all...
hmmmm.
you laughing out loud commodore?
wow, your care of these puppies touched my heart. Thank you for the incredible love that flow from each word of your post. People like you guard our life from freezing and fill our Earth with the wonderful blossom.
Your address to us was like the best medicine to me. Thank you once again. Unfortunately, while being in need of care myself I just physically cant take these puppies, plus I live too far from you.
i think it's ur good luck.
Oh no! I wish I could take them all... I hope they'll find their new homes fast.
I live in Marin County (just outside of SF). I got my dog through our Humane Society 2.5 years ago. The MHS rescued that dog from Lassen County and brought it down here. I just emailed them and gave them my cell phone number asking them to call me if they could help in any way in this case. I'll let you know.
I wish I could help here; they're adorable. But I'm an apartment dweller who's gone 14 hours a day during my work days...just wouldn't work. Labs are the best dogs...love 'em.
Is this a test of whether or not people really read the posts??? hahahahahahaha, wow! much love, hugs and :))))
Blue Eyed Doggies?????
OK, I will take one !!!
Huh, I'm confused. Well, it wouldn't be the first time that I've been left scratching my head.
Thanks for the heads-up. I always check Snopes before passing anything along.
Hugs and blessings,
