Looks like you and I had a similar idea for Veterans Day … perfect quote from Mark Twain! I shared a selection of posters in different collages on each blog, but didn’t include them all as you did. My computer is being a pain today and won’t play video clips. Hopefully it won’t be so contrary tomorrow.

On our Armistice Day it was amazing to watch three veterans wheeled to the Cenotaph in London to have wreathes laid for them. At 108, 110, and 112, they were three of the four last remaining people in Britain who fought in the First World War.
The day will soon be out of living memory - which makes remembering them even more important.
