- I love to eat: Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo - Savory, sauteed chicken is cooked in a cheesy, creamy sauce with Roma tomatoes. The mixture is served atop a bed of fettuccini pasta.
- I hate to eat: Eggplant. I don't care what you put on it to disguise the taste, it doesn't work.
- I love to go: This is going to surprise everyone...boating!
- I hate to go: For medical appointments. I go, but I find them so invasive.
- I love it when: We are on the boat, and are backing out of the slip to go on another adventure.
- I hate it when: My DSL doesn't work for a week and I can't blog.
- I love to see: Spring because I know we will again be boating every weekend.
- I hate to see: Winter because it's too cold to be at the boat on a regular basis.
- I love to hear: The sounds of laughter.
- I hate to hear: I can't!

Now what would give anyone the slightest idea that you like boating?
As for eggplant, although it's very bland it can be sliced, then quartered, dipped into a nice batter and then deep fry it...served with a nice mayo and cheese dip, or a spicy chilli dip mmmm LOL

We seem to be two of a kind in a lot of ways. I mean I love boating too and would have gone crazy if my DSL was on for A Day!
Otherwise I love winter, but then again I'm a Norwegian LoL.
Btw: You haven't been on my blogroll before now - I can't believe why, but your on now for sure!
